About The Conference

The Conference begins Friday morning, September 7th and ends Sunday afternoon, September 9th.

The 2018 Tabernacles Conference will be hosted by James Bruggeman of Stone Kingdom Ministries. Complete Conference details are available on SKM, but here are some quick bullet points:

  • There is no fee to attend the Conference.
  • It will be held at the Chateau On The Lake in Branson, Missouri.
  • There will be no live streaming (details on the Conference details page on SKM).
  • Dr. Jones will be speaking at the conference.

Many of our readers will be familiar with this venue, the Chateau on the Lake, because there have been two conferences there in recent years (hosted by Dr. Stephen Jones, God’s Kingdom Ministries). It is a most lovely location and the facilities are first-class. The negotiated room rates below are what we would have to pay for much less nicer facilities elsewhere, so we are pleased to be going back to the Chateau.

For the many of us who arrive at our conferences on Thursday, we have reserved a special room to serve as a Hospitality & Welcome area. For “regulars,” this will be “family reunion” time; and for those new to our conferences, we very much welcome you to meet your new “family” there, also. Our SKM Hospitality room will be for the evening of Thursday, September 6th only, and at this point, we are thinking it will be open from 6-10 p.m. It will be on the 3rd floor at the Chateau. Free snacks and beverages (provided by some of our friends) will be available for us in that room. We will try to have directional signs in the main lobby, or at least we will make sure the front desk knows where to direct our people.

Room rates are $119 for mountain view king beds, mountain view double queens and partial lake view double queens. There are also mountain view Ambassador Chateau on the Lake double queen suites available for $229. All prices are per night and before taxes. The Chateau does require a one-night deposit at the time of the reservation. This is refundable if the reservation is cancelled early giving them the chance to rebook the room to someone else.

To make your reservation, call 1-888-333-LAKE (5253) and let them know you are part of the Stone Kingdom Ministries Conference to obtain the correct rate. As soon as the Chateau provides us a reservations link, we will post it here. Parking is free, but you can get valet parking for $20 per day. (Gulp!) We will commence the Conference at 9 a.m. Friday. We have the meeting room until 10 p.m. each night, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I do not plan to have the evening speaker go right up to 10 p.m., but let us be prepared to move out of the room and have our fellowship elsewhere after 10 p.m.
