Here is an interesting commentary by Prof. Michel Chossudovsky, put out by Global Research on July 20, commenting on President Bush's latest Executive Order. He says,

The Executive Order entitled, "Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq" provides the President with the authority to confiscate the assets of whoever opposed the US led war.
