The Debka File is an Israeli-based newspaper, purporting to have inside information. They claim an 80 percent "truth" rate, though most of its sources are unidentified.

They are saying that Israeli Prime Minister Olmert has written a rather bitter note to President Bush, chiding him for his recent change in policy toward Iran. Bush is engaging in diplomacy, rather than attack now and ask questions later.

They claim also that American generals are not cooperating with the Israelis. Apparently, the American generals don't want to go to war, and the Israelis are offended by this.
