Anxiety about the fate of Citigroup is growing. . . .

This reminds me of Rev. 18:8, which says of Mystery Babylon, "she will be burned up with fire." Verse 18 says that her merchants/financiers "were crying out as they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What Citi is like The Great Citi?"

The article says that Citigroup is talking about selling a 51% share of its Smith Barney to Morgan Stanley. If they do, I suggest that they call it "Mortgage Blarney."
