As most of you know, the presidential oath of office was flubbed, due to a mistake by the Chief Justice who was administering the oath.

Recognizing that some would use this to claim that Obama was not really a legal president, the Chief Justice administered the oath of office correctly the following evening.

Some presidents in the past have simply said "I do" to the oath of office.
