This analysis suggests that the film footage was altered by the CIA in order to hide the fact that the car screeched to a stop right after the CIA driver shot Kennedy. This allowed Lee Harvey Oswald (and perhaps others) to get a clear shot at Kennedy to fire the fatal shot.
