David Wilkerson is making a suggestion that is good advice even if things don't get as bad as he says. It's always good to hear what others have to say. I don't know, frankly, if he is right or wrong, but one always has to listen to what others say. Essentially, his advice is to be sure to have a 30-day supply of food and toiletries. It seems to me, this advice would be good even in the best of times.
