Last June we took note that we were entering a 3-1/2 year period from June 21, 2009 to December 21, 2012. This time frame was pertinent to the Elisha ministry in some way, though the timing correlated with the time of Elijah's drought (James 5:17).

Lindsay Williams is now telling us that his "elite" contact (one of the world rulers) told him that we essentially have just 2 years before they achieve total control of America. The source is 87 years old, getting ready to die, and so he does not care any more about secrecy. After all, Prof. Carroll Quigley (another insider) revealed the entire plan decades ago in his book Tragedy and Hope, and only a few people believed him or even cared. Americans have proven to the elite that they are no longer "We the People," but "We the Sheeple."

If Lindsay is correct (and I have no reason to doubt it), his solution is not to take up arms, but to take up the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. We have two years in which to cause the people to repent. This is the only way that our captivity can be turned. If anyone doubts this, just read the book of Judges and learn both the causes and the solution to every captivity that God imposed upon Israel.

Perhaps this is the mission of "Elisha" in these 3-1/2 years. If so, I have no doubt that God has already been intervening, and as a result we will win this battle. In fact, we have already won the battle. I believe that the series of battles that we fought in 2001 brought the necessary changes in the second heaven. These changes must eventually emerge in the earthly realm (first heaven).

The battles in 2001 overthrew the golden calves, which had dominated Israel since the days of Jeroboam. Last June 21, we left Sacramento, CA and began the final phase of the warfare to overthrow the second "bear" that we had identified with Pan, the second golden calf. That second calf was placed in the north of Israel near the town of Dan. It was also the location of the Grotto of Pan. For pictures of it, see:

We overthrew Pan on the night of June 23, 2009, and the next morning "The Great Pan" died, that is, Michael Jackson, who was obsessed with Peter Pan on his Neverland Ranch. One manifestation of Pan is "The Pied Piper," whose music hypnotized the children of the villagers and led them away to their destruction.

Anyway, that trip in June of 2009 is what started this 3-1/2 year cycle. You can read about it in my weblogs from last May and June to get the full background. From today's perspective, it seems that the battles of 2001 against the golden calves is now emerging nine years later, in order to fit into the 3-1/2 year time frame of the Elijah-Elisha ministry.

From the 2001 revelation, we understand that these golden calves represent the seven (main) princes over America. We were led to engage them in spiritual warfare in three separate battles. The first was a two-day battle Feb. 26-27 against Beelzebub and the Prince of Revenge. They took "revenge" 22 minutes later by causing a 6.8 Richter quake that cracked the Capitol Dome in Olympia, WA.

The second battle was on March 8, 2001 against the Prince of Usury. We replaced him with the Spirit of Helpfulness (combination of "goodness" and "meekness" in Gal. 5:22, 23). The Prince of Usury came to America on April 13, 1912, and the sign at that time was the sinking of the Titanic. It occurred just before the Federal Reserve Act was passed in December of 1913.

We saw an interesting sign when we overthrew the Prince of Usury. The Dow began a free fall at that moment, dropping 1600 points from March 9-22. The free fall lasted until the moment we started our third and final battle.

The third battle lasted three days from March 22-24. The Father was very precise, telling us that it would begin at 1:47 p.m. (CST) on March 22 and end at 1:47 p.m. on March 24. On the day of the battle, the Dow had again plunged 381 points, but the moment our third battle began, the Dow turned and rose 283 points in the last hour of trading.

In this final battle, we overthrew the Red Dragon and replaced him with the Spirit of (spiritual) Maturity. We overthrew the Prince of Counterfeit and replaced him with the Spirit of Temperance. We overthrew the Prince of Slavery and replaced him with the Spirit of Responsibility. We overthrew the Prince of Influence and replaced him with the Spirit of Faithfulness.

Just before this third battle, the Father told us "Pray blessing upon America." And so we began to do so at 1:47 p.m. on March 22, 2001. Later that evening, God told us to "Continue to pray blessings upon America."

Of course, six months later, after the events of 911, EVERYONE was praying "God bless America." God's definition of "bless" is found in Acts 3:25, 26. It is to turn every one of you from your iniquities. That is the blessing of Abraham in blessing all families of the earth. When we asked how to pray blessing on America, God gave us James 5:17, 18,

(17) Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain; and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months. (18) And he prayed again, and the sky poured rain, and the earth produced its fruit.

We asked again for another Scripture to help us define the actual content of the "blessing" that we were to pray. We received Luke 24:27,

"And beginning with Moses, and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures."

Again, He spoke to us:

"You are to pray that their ears be opened to hear the Word. This is their primary blessing, but not their only blessing. As you pray, I will open their ears."

This is what needs to be done in order to prevent the Babylonian rulers from gaining total control in America. This is what is needed to set us free and turn America into the Kingdom of God. We need the rain of the Holy Spirit to be poured out in a new way, because there has been a drought and a famine of hearing the Word (Amos 8:11).

But a few weeks ago, on December 9, 2009, when we attended the IHOP meeting in Kansas City, we took note that they were praying that God would open up the ears of His people. This was what God wanted to us to hear, because it told us that God was about to open up the ears of the people in a new and greater way. So this brings the prayer of blessing from 2001 to the present time, and it also connects the prayer battles of 2001 to what we are seeing in 2010-2012.

That third prayer campaign in 2001 was called "He is Building Effective Apostleship." The angel Peniel was released and commissioned to bring about that "Effective Apostleship," which is apparently to be distinguished from the less effective apostleship that has operated in the world in the past.

We now view this Apostleship in the light of Elisha, and by extension, the ministry of the Two Witnesses in general, which I detailed in the FFI's for January and February. An Apostle simply means "one who is sent." God calls people to Himself, and then sends them out as Apostles. We must first be called--and must respond to that calling. In coming to Jesus, He trains us and equips us to be sent as ambassadors for Christ (2 Cor. 5:20).
