It's pretty sad when we don't have enough national guard troops in America to do our own work. Have they all been sent to Afghanistan and Iraq? Are they all waiting for orders to invade Iran?

Why would we need 2400 Canadian soldiers to go to the US Gulf Coast, unless perhaps someone is trying to pass off some dirty work to them?
