Here is an article that shows just how close Congress came to passing a bill (without debate) that would have legalized retroactively the mortgage fraud being perpetrated on the people. It is called the Interstate Recognition of Notarizations Act. This is the bill that Obama sent back to Congress for further evaluation, essentially killing the bill. (We hope.)

The bill, the Interstate Recognition of Notarizations Act, cruised through the Senate last week with no public debate and could have shielded bank and mortgage processors from liability for foreclosure documents that were prepared improperly. . .

False notarizations figured in disclosures that GMAC, JPMorgan and other big mortgage processors filed false affidavits in thousands of cases, part of the wave of foreclosures that erupted in the wake of the financial and economic crisis.

The U.S. Justice Department said Wednesday it was probing reports the nation's top mortgage lenders improperly evicted struggling borrowers as growing numbers of lawmakers on both sides of the aisle demanded investigations.

This bill was passed by the House on April 27, 2010, then by the Senate on Sept. 27. It was presented to President Obama on Sept. 30 for his signature. He then sent it back without signing it.

This shows that the big banks knew of the problem when it was drawn up last year. They tried to slip it through the House and Senate this year, but then someone blew the whistle and stopped its progress. Now the big banks are in big trouble once again, and there is a bank crisis many times worse than two years ago when AIG and Lehman Brothers went bankrupt.

I find the timing to be of interest as well. The bill passed the Senate on Sept. 27, which was the 5th day of Tabernacles. (Note my teachings on the fifth sign in John, which correlates to the fifth day of Tabernacles.) The bill was then sent to the President's desk on Sept. 30, which is the 8th day of Tabernacles.

Recall that a year ago, on Sept. 28, 2009 (Yom Kippur), we decreed a Jubilee as led by the Spirit. We often see such declarations take effect a year later or even several years later on (or close to) the same date. God does this sort of thing in order to demonstrate the fact that we ourselves had no way of knowing what was going to transpire a year later, so we were truly being led by the Spirit alone.

It appears that our Jubilee declaration last year was really about this current banking bill. So it was stopped at the last minute (the last desk).

The big banking families must be furious at the revolt of "their man" in the White House. They must be counting ways to punish him in the polls or even how to threaten his life, as they did with Lincoln and Kennedy for opposing them.

I know how hard it is to change direction, especially when politics is involved, but you should at least be aware of the situation. That way, when you hear new allegations and charges against Mr. Obama, or see how the courts have suddenly decided to demand that he produce his birth certificate, you will understand that the banking elite have turned against him and are about to throw him to the wolves. Understand also that they intend to replace him with someone that is more compliant with their demands.

Think about it. Would you rather have a "constitutionally elected president" with a proven birth certificate who was essentially a bank slave? Or would it be better to have a foreign-born, unconstitutionally-elected president who revolted against his banking masters? Keep in mind that the Constitution was bypassed (if not abolished outright) back in 1933 and replaced by a Corporation with the same name, "United States of America." Since that time, all presidents have been corporation heads, rather than constitutional presidents. There is no law that says that a corporate CEO must be an American citizen or must be born in America to qualify for that office.

In other words, the problem goes much deeper than Obama's citizenship. The real issue is that we have not been functioning under the American Constitution since 1933, and according to the bill passed at that time, the only one who can take us out of "economic emergency" (economic martial law) is the president. He must issue an executive order rescinding the powers given to the president under that original bill in 1933. Instead of pushing the birth certificate issue, or even the "Obama is a Muslim" issue, people should instead urge him to rescind that bill which has caused so much havoc up to the present time.

Above all, do not allow these power brokers to manipulate you into doing their dirty work. If Obama has indeed decided to revolt against his hidden masters, it would be better to reward him for it than to punish him for his past sins and to allow another bank slave into the White House.

We may well be in a very crucial point in American and world history. Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. (Not the other way around.)
