Government does not listen to the people very well. We can object to all these "security" games, but government does not listen. They will, however, listen to the airline executives when they complain about going bankrupt.

I myself plan to travel by air only in an emergency from now on. If everyone cuts down on their air travel by just 10%, it would threaten to bankrupt most of the airlines.

The government by the corporations, for the corporations, even smelling like the corporations, would then listen with a sympathetic ear.
