In response to yesterday's Dexia Bank blog about October 17, here is an interesting email that may provide confirmation to Bix Weir's projection:

In 1996 I had a vision (twice) of the big board at the Stock Exchange and I saw the date October 17 and everyone was panicking. I just looked it up in my journal and the actual date of the vision was September 11, 1996.
