The authorization for the mass arrests of the Babylonian cartel was authorized two years ago by an executive order signed by President Obama. I wrote about this back in December of 2009. The indictments have already been made. The investigations appear to be nearing completion today to find out who all have been complicit in the crimes against Americans and everybody else.
