The year 2012 was introduced ominously by the National Defense Authorization Act, known as H.R. 1540, which allows American citizens to be detained indefinitely at Guantanamo without trial. Is this the end of America as we know it, as some are saying?

Many Christians have supported the torture going on at Guantanamo, not realizing that they were hoodwinked into supporting their own detention if and when the government's plans come to full fruition.

The bill was passed in December and signed into law by the president on Dec. 31, 2011. Happy New Year.

This is a classic Haman situation, of course. Recall that Saddam Hussein was caught on Dec. 13, 2003, the date that runs parallel to Purim. (Purim begins on the 13th day of the 12th month on the Hebrew calendar as a 2-day celebration. See Esther 9:18.) Hussein was thus playing the role of Haman in those days, and he was hanged on Dec. 30, 2006.

This year H.R. 1540 was passed by the House on Dec. 14 and was signed into law on Dec. 31. The parallel dates are obvious, and it identifies this bill with the story of Haman in the book of Esther. The good news is that Haman lost and was hanged on his own gallows (Esther 9:14) that were intended for Mordecai.

Perhaps Haman's main problem was that he had built those gallows 50 cubits high (Esther 5:14). That is a Jubilee number, and the tables were turned on him.

So also with H.R. 1540. While the modern Haman company means to hang prophetic "Mordecai," the tables will be turned on them. I believe that the perpetrators of this bill (behind the scenes) will end up at Guantanamo in the end. Why? Read Deut. 19:16-19. What they intend to do to us is how God will judge them. They inadvertently passed the bill on a day representing Purim (Dec. 13 and 14), when also Saddam Hussein was caught in 2003. The bill was signed into law Dec. 31, which is next to the day Hussein was hanged (Dec. 30).

This year 2012 is shaping up to be the critical year where things get turned around.

There is also another important aspect of this to consider. I heard that the House and Senate resolved the differences in H.R. 1540 on December 23 and passed its reconciled version with just 12 present. I'm not sure that I have that story completely straight, because I cannot find the news article any more. But when this occurred, I was reminded of the Federal Reserve Act that was passed on Dec. 23, 1913 with just 5 Senators present. Everyone had gone home for Christmas and did not think that this "routine banking bill" was important enough to interrupt their Christmas vacation.

That was 98 years ago now (1913-2011). As I pondered this, I made the connection to Jacob and Eli. Jacob was 98 when he wrestled with the angel and received the name Israel. Eli was 98 when he broke his neck and died after the glory had departed (1 Sam. 4:15). In the case of Jacob, the glory arrived. In the case of Eli, the glory departed. So it is no coincidence that 98 years after Eli's death, the glory returned, coming to the temple of Solomon.

Take note of the second large chart in the back of Secrets of Time, entitled "No King in Israel."

These 2 periods of 98 years in Scripture form the pattern on which prophecy is being fulfilled in modern history. It is linked directly to Revelation 13, which speaks of the two beast systems that were to play out in Church history. The beast from the sea was to dominate for 1260 years from 529 to 1789 A.D. The French Revolution gave this beast a deadly wound in the head, but the wound was then healed in 1815 by means of "The Holy Alliance."

Nonetheless, it also marked the time that the beast from the earth ascended in power over the first beast. Recall from my studies in Revelation that the beast from the sea was that of Religious Rome, while the beast from the earth was the new banking beast led by the Rothschilds.

The Holy Alliance was signed on Sept. 26, 1815, redrawing the map of Europe after the Napoleonic wars. It also reinstated the Jesuit Order that had been banned in 1773. An angry Jesuit named Adam Weishaupt formed the Illuminati three years later on May 1, 1776 in order to foment the French Revolution and take its revenge on the Roman Church.

The point is that 1815 was a very important date in the prophecy of Revelation 13. Our question has been how long this Babylonian banking beast will survive before it is overcome by the Kings of the East. We now have a major clue to answer that question.

It is as if the Holy Alliance and the reinstatement of the Jesuit Order was the "birth of Eli." So 98 years later, because Eli refused to correct his children, "the glory departed" in 1913. Then, 98 years later, brings us to the present time, December of 2011, and to the year 2012, "The Year of the Awakening."

Of course, 98 years is 2 Jubilee cycles of 49 years each. The Year of Jubilee was the 50th year, following 7 Sabbath years. Hence, the 99th year is a Jubilee Year of that second cycle. This correlates with 2011-2012.

I find it interesting that these two 98-year cycles can each be split in half. We can observe the actual Jubilee years within those cycles. From 1815, the final Sabbath year was 1863-1864, and the Jubilee Year fell in 1864-1865. The National Banking Acts of 1863 and 1864 authorized Lincoln to issue "Greenbacks," or debt-free money. Lincoln was assassinated a week after the end of the Civil War in April 1865.

The second Jubilee arrived in 1913, as I said earlier. But because prophetic Eli was corrupt, we lost our Jubilee and instead entered into captivity. The next Jubilee occurred in 1962-1963 during the presidency of John Kennedy. Like Lincoln, he too was assassinated for trying to issue debt-free money, true U.S. Notes, that competed with the debt-ridden Federal Reserve Notes.

Kennedy signed the Green Hilton Agreement with the president of Indonesia (Mr. Sukarno) on Nov. 14, 1963. Sukarno loaned the U.S. Treasury a huge amount of gold and silver to back these U.S. Notes. Kennedy was killed 8 days later by a deadly wound to the head.

Now in 2011-2012 we have finally come to the last Jubilee of these two 98-year cycles (or 4 Jubilees). What can we expect to see? Certainly, those Kennedy bonds issued in 1963 have come due, along with thousands of others that the Fed has refused to pay back. China and other plaintiffs have already taken the Fed to the World Court and have won their case. The Fed was supposed to begin its repayments on Sept. 12, 2001. Strangely enough, some "terrorists" prevented them from turning over the gold, because it was located in the bottom of the Twin Towers. The records were in the offices of Cantor Fitzgerald, located on the floors that one of the planes struck. The "terrorists" saved the day for the Fed.

Two months later, we held a prayer campaign, Entering the Millennium of Rest (Nov. 1-14, 2001). We are now seeing the results of that prayer campaign according to the ten-year Hezekiah Factor. Watch those dates of Nov. 1-14, 2011. They will prove to be more significant than anyone has ever realized, especially since Nov. 14 was the date of the Green Hilton Agreement in 1963.

We have completed 48 years since that Agreement was signed. I wonder if we may also see something significant a year later on its 49th anniversary in 2012. The Fed may seem to have as much money as it wants to create out of nothing. However, it is actually bankrupt, because it cannot repay what it owes. Its debits are far greater than its credits.
