Fulford: A March 31st deadline has been delivered to the Committee of 300

After I wrote my previous blog about March 31 being the possible end of the second 76-day period, I read Benjamin Fulford's latest blog posted today. He reports that the Illuminati factions who claim to have brought about the American, French, and Russian Revolutions have now given the Committee of 300 a deadline of March 31st.
He does not say exactly what the Committee of 300 is supposed to do by that deadline. For those of you who are unaware of this "Committee of 300," these are representatives of the 300 most powerful families in the Western world, who banded together to discuss, propose, and plan world events that would control the destiny of nations. Apparently, the Illuminati--like virtually all powerful organizations and families--are divided among themselves as to the best course of action for the world. As a whole, the Illuminati have not been good for the world, but yet there are many who have joined this secret society for altruistic purposes. Secret societies love to bring powerful people into their midst, thinking that this is the best way to influence their thinking. But as we see so often, this can backfire, when the "good guys" become the majority, or somehow take control of the organization.
In recent months, Fulford has been in contact with certain ones in the Illuminati who have come to see that their plan to kill off 90% of the world's population to "save the planet" is not good. (I could have told them that!) God has been working behind the scenes so that at the end of the final "beast" kingdom, men will rise up with a new plan that God has put into their minds. This is what is now happening.
The overall context is that God has raised up the prophetic "kings of the east" (Rev. 16:12) to overthrow the Babylonian West, led by the Committee of 300 (and smaller, more powerful, secret organizations above them). Many in those Western organizations see that they have been overpowered by forces from the East that are demanding an end to the existing power structure. For this reason, many are negotiating to change sides and work for the new powers that are arising.
These powers are not perfect either, but they are being raised up by God for His purpose. I view them as a transition into the Kingdom of God. They are like King Cyrus of Persia, who sought to overthrow Babylon, but did not realize that God had raised him up to be a type of Messiah to rebuild the Kingdom of God that Babylon had sought to destroy.
Fulford also reports:
It can also now be disclosed that Ireland, Portugal, Greece and Spain have all told the banks they are not going to pay back any of their loans because the loans were made illegally.... In other words these countries are going to “default,” and for a change it will be the bankers and not the average citizens, who will pay the price.
There are many CEO's and political leaders that are now resigning or who are being arrested. These reports have been circulating since last week. Most of the resignations are negotiated by CEO's who are stepping down in exchange for immunity or a reduced sentence. These are perhaps the lucky ones. Those who remain in power are the most dangerous ones, as they have decided to put up a fight to retain control of their power and stolen money.
Fulford also says:
The announcement in the UK Upper House by Lord Blackheath that $15 trillion had been stolen from a member of the “Indian-Chinese” royal family by Federal Reserve Board Chairman Ben Bernanke, US Treasury secretary Timothy Geithner and “Yusuke Horiguchi” (we are making enquiries about this individual), is a another sign of big change.

Whatever the truth is about all of this, it is clear that cracks are appearing in the world of the super-rich, as more and more is coming to light about the massive amounts of wealth hidden in off-book accounts world wide. It is like there is one economy for most of the people, and a separate one for the super-rich.
