Keenan advised his friend Edy not to go to Switzerland to try to claim some funds, as the funds do not belong to him. Edy was only a caretaker of the funds. The funds, he says, are owned by various dynasties of the East.

It also hints at the role of UBS, the primary underwriter for these bonds back in the 1930's. I wrote about this a few weeks ago.
