There is a report circulating on the internet where Pope Francis is said to modernize church teaching. It was originally a satire posted on Facebook and is not to be taken as truth.

The report has Pope Francis equalizing all religions and welcoming everyone, including atheists and communists. It also says that the church will begin to ordain women as priests and says the Pope hopes to see a woman pope in the near future.
