Full report on the 76-day cleansing cycles

The current Prophetic Year began on Nov. 14, 2013 and ends Oct. 16, 2014. As always this Year started with two cycles of 76 days each, a time of double cleansing. God always prepares before He begins the Project of the Year.
Furthermore, we have always noticed that the beginning point, mid-point, and endpoint of these cleansing cycles provide signs and clues pointing to the basic theme of the Year. Hence, they are always watch dates. This year they fall on Nov. 14, 2013, Jan. 30, 2014, and April 15, 2014.
My wife and I went on a two-week trip to the Philippines last November. Before we left, I wrote a few reports giving some discernment, which can be viewed here:

Without repeating all of this background, I will only say that before we left on this trip, we had been asked to “feed a hundred pastors” at a conference at Lake Sebu (on the island of Mindanao). I immediately discerned that this was a manifestation of the ninth sign of Elisha (2 Kings 4:42-44), where Elisha fed a hundred men.
Since that sign also relates directly to Jesus feeding the 5,000 in John 6:10, I was a bit apprehensive, because Jesus also sent the disciples into a storm the same evening (John 6:18). My question was, “where is the storm?” Well, that turned out to be super-typhoon Haiyan, which we literally flew over on the plane from Manila to Davao City.
I gave two full reports on this after I returned. I won’t repeat that information.
The Hidden Event on November 14, 2013
There is one event that I did not mention in my reports last November, mostly because I did not want to embarrass a friend from afar. But after what happened yesterday at the end of the second 76-day period, his actions have become a major part of the story. So I have obtained his permission to reveal what happened.
When he heard last October that I had been asked to feed a hundred pastors, and how this was related to the ninth sign of Elisha, and how this sign of Elisha was to be seen in the revaluation (multiplication) of the Iraqi dinar, he asked me to give each of the hundred pastors a 10,000 dinar note at the conference. (The total was one million dinar.)
Each note was (and is still) worth only about $10 (US), but many expect that the Global Currency Reset will increase its value to about what it was before the UN sanctions were imposed back in August of 1990. So essentially, this friend wanted to give these pastors a gift to help them with their ministry, and it represented the ninth sign of Elisha.
The problem was that he was in Britain, and his dinar was in a bank vault in Canada. So he asked me to give the pastors the dinar notes and to trust him to send replacement dinar when he was able. I agreed, of course. In fact, I was delighted to do this, not only because it would provide support for ministers in the Philippines, but also because it confirmed that this conference at Lake Sebu was connected to the ninth sign of Elisha.
The conference was originally scheduled for November 12 and 13, but by the time I arrived in the Philippines, it had been rescheduled for November 13 and 14. I knew then that I would have to lay foundational teaching first and then give the dinar on the last evening. That way they could receive some understanding of the purpose and prophetic meaning of this gift, and they would also see how Lake Sebu and super-typhoon Haiyan fit into the prophetic picture.
I was asked to give the people a “special blessing” at the end of the last evening. Little did they know! Darla and I were the only ones who knew what was to transpire, for we had not even told our host, Felipe. I wanted no one to come motivated by money. So when my translator explained to them how I was led, they formed two happy lines, and I gave each a verbal blessing as well as a tangible gift of dinar.
What Happened April 15, 2014?
As I was writing the weblog yesterday, the postman arrived, and I had to sign for a package. It was a million Iraqi dinar, sent to replace what I had given to the Philippine pastors last November 14. The timing was incredible, because the two dates defined the parameters of the two 76-day cycles.
And then, because I had just been writing about the events from 1914-1917, the name of my friend from Britain suddenly became a revelation. His name? Anthony Allenby. He carries the name of the British general (Edmund Allenby) who took Jerusalem on December 9, 1917.
When Anthony first asked me to give dinar to the pastors, I thought it peculiar that his name would be Allenby. I knew there had to be a revelation in there somewhere, but at the time it remained a mystery. I also wondered if he might be related to the general, but did not know until last evening as I corresponded with him by email. Yes, he is related.
He has a friend in Canada who was scheduled for surgery (last week, I think), and he wanted to come and care for his friend during recovery. A friend of Anthony’s provided him with the money to fly to Canada, where he was able to access the bank vault where his dinar was located. This was how he was able to send the dinar to me, when it arrived yesterday. The timing was perfect, as usual, for God had directed all the circumstances in His own way, with all the people playing out their roles to make it happen on schedule.
The Prophetic Significance of 1917 and 2017
General Allenby took Jerusalem on Dec. 9, 1917, and he personally entered the city two days later on Dec. 11, 1917. This event had been predicted years earlier by the great student of the Word, H. Grattan Guinness. He foretold the capture of Jerusalem by his understanding of the “seven times” prophecy (i.e., 7 x 360 = 2,520 years).

Guinness saw that Jerusalem had been taken by Babylon’s King Nebuchadnezzar in 604 B.C., and that 2,520 years later was 1917. He further refined his prediction by linking it to Haggai 2:10, 18, and 19, where the word came to the prophet on that day, saying, “from this day on I will bless you” (vs. 19). It is a word about prosperity. Further, Haggai 2:21-23 prophesies that God “will overthrow the thrones of kingdoms” and make Zerubbabel “like a signet ring.” In other words, Haggai’s prophecy is about prospering His people and overthrowing the kingdoms of this world.
So Allenby took Jerusalem on the 24th day of the 9th month—December 9, 1917.
Of course, in those days no one had considered the century of Judean independence from 163-63 B.C., which would have to be given to Mystery Babylon at the end of the cycle. They were anticipating great events from 1914-1917, and these did indeed occur. But it was not time yet to see that a final stage of Mystery Babylon would have to arise in order to give the beast systems their full allotment of time to rule the earth. We now see this as the century from 1914-2014 and from 1917-2017.
Hence, God has raised up another Allenby in our time to provide us with the revelation that parallels that of 1914-1917. In fact, it was because Anthony Allenby proposed the dinar plan that I received the revelation of the hundred-year extension of Mystery Babylon. There is a time for every revelation under heaven, and I have seen often that God withholds key revelations until the appointed time. Then at the right time, someone does something which triggers the revelation, almost like a doorman opening the door for someone else. This is what happened last October.
The 1996 connection
In November of 1996, the Coronation Stone was moved from Westminster Abbey (in London), where it had been held for 700 years, to the castle in Edinburgh, Scotland. At the time, this was a major revelation to us about the transfer of Kingdom authority from the kingdoms of men to the saints of the Most High.
I cannot do justice to that story in this weblog, but you may read the full account in chapter 15 of my book, The Wars of the Lord. This was the main revelation by which God moved us from Seattle to Minneapolis that year. In fact, the British Government’s decision to return the Coronation Stone to Scotland triggered our own revelation to move to Minneapolis—though we did not know it at the time.
The Coronation Stone left Westminster Abbey on November 14, 1996 and arrived in Edinburgh on November 30, the same day that we completed our move from “The Gates of Edinburgh” into the house where we now live, across the street from Edinburgh Plaza. Prince Andrew (“manly”) presided over the ceremonies accompanying the transfer of the Coronation Stone to Scotland. It arrived on St. Andrews Day.
The Coronation Stone itself is Jacob’s pillar which he anointed in Genesis 28:18. It was used in the coronation of the kings of Judah in Jerusalem until the city fell in 586 B.C. to the Babylonians. Then Jeremiah brought it and the daughters of King Zedekiah with him to Ireland about 580 B.C. It remained there until it was moved to Scone Abbey Perthshire in Scotland in 838 A.D. It remained there until the English took it to London in 1296 A.D. They too used it in every coronation ceremony afterward to the present time.
We saw Prince Andrew as a type of “man,” and took note that the Coronation Stone arrived on St. Andrews Day, Nov. 30, 1996. We concluded that it pictured prophetically the transfer of authority from the kingdoms of “man” to the “saints” (Saint Andrews) of the Most High. However, this was only an early picture, establishing the dates of Nov. 14 and 30, yet foreshadowing a future time.
When the pastor’s conference was rescheduled to include November 14, 2013, I knew that this was the climax when I was to give the dinar to the pastors, and I knew this was somehow related to the events in 1996. But it was too soon to understand, because the picture had just begun to unfold.
Now that we have completed the two cleansing cycles, ending April 15, 2014, the picture is much clearer. During these cleansing cycles, the Father revealed to me that the declaration of the transfer of authority to the saints of the Most High was to be decreed on October 16, 2014, which is the eighth day of the feast of Tabernacles.
This is the culmination of the current Prophetic Year, which began Nov. 14, 2013, which in turn was the anniversary of the day the Coronation Stone began its journey. It is as if that 16-day journey in 1996 was a prophetic shadow of the full Prophetic Year from beginning to end in 2014.
As for the November 30 date, which is linked to November 14, we received further revelation about it in the year 2000, when we were led to meet at the House on the Rock in Wisconsin. The revelation was that the overcomers took the old Jerusalem on November 29, even as David had done in 2 Samuel 5:7, and then we decreed the New Jerusalem to be the capital of the Kingdom on November 30. The Progression of Revelation
Why does God set up pieces of revelation from year to year? It is so that we must depend fully upon God for each piece of revelation, not knowing how the pieces would fit together in the end. That way, our flesh remains ignorant, and so it cannot make anything happen, nor can it influence the final result. It is a paradox that in the midst of revelation from year to year, we also remain ignorant of the bigger picture until the end.
So now we see that the transfer of authority is the main purpose of the Prophetic Year 2014. It also suggests that the Iraqi dinar will revalue during this time period, as part of the fulfillment of Haggai’s prophecy.
Finally, we also see that we are entering a three-year period from 2014-2017 that runs directly parallel to 1914-1917. It is not only about the fall of Mystery Babylon, but also includes Jerusalem. Whereas General Allenby took the old Jerusalem, we are doing a greater work to establish the New Jerusalem as the capital of the Kingdom of God.
The old Jerusalem served David as a type and shadow of something greater. But the old Jerusalem became corrupt and changed from the City of Peace to the Bloody City (or City of Blood and Violence), as we read in Ezekiel 22:2, 24:6, 9, and Nahum 3:1. For this reason, the glory left that city “as Shiloh” (Jeremiah 7:12-14), returning later to the New Temple, which has Jesus Christ as its chief corner stone (Ephesians 2:20-22).
John equates old Jerusalem with Sodom and Egypt in Revelation 11:8. Sodom speaks of its immorality, while Egypt speaks of its oppressive rule by the flesh and carnal mind. Hence, Jerusalem is also associated with today’s Mystery Babylon and will be overthrown along with Babylon as a whole, as prophesied in Jeremiah 19:11 and Isaiah 29:1-6. Jerusalem is Hagar in Galatians 4:25, which will be cast out in favor of the New Jerusalem, which is Sarah.
