This is a reminder that September 16 is the deadline to get the special rates for hotel rooms at the DoubleTree hotel. The hotel rate now is $139/night. After September 16 it could go above $200/night.

The hotel has told us that there are no limitations on the number of rooms that we can reserve at the lower rate. The only limitation is if the hotel itself is sold out.

Of course, this is just in regard to room reservations. There is no deadline for attending the conference. The conference is open to all.
