Last February I began to see that the prayer battles we did in 2001 were emerging again in 2014 in a new but similar form. This told me that there was a thirteen-year connection between 2001 and 2014.

We held many prayer campaigns in 2001 from February until November. First, we came against the seven princes over America (February and March). In the first half of July we engaged in spiritual warfare, first against small forces, but this soon turned into a world war in the heavens, beginning the night of July 10 (or July 11, Hebrew time).

By the “July is like September” revelation from 1980, we understood that America had been attacked in the spirit on July 11, and that we would see some sort of parallel event on September 11, 2001. Of course, we all know what happened with the Twin Towers on that date, but more important was that it drew us into a lengthy war in Afghanistan and Iraq, which many Americans now realize was not a good idea.

On July 11, 2001 we were led to pray that the overcomers would not “return to Egypt.” The Lord led us to study Isaiah 30:1-3 and Isaiah 31:1-3, where we see that a nation’s dependence upon military force was not good. When disasters happen, we should ask God what WE did wrong and repent for it, rather than blaming the people or nations that God raised up to bring judgment upon us.

To rise up and fight the enemy without inquiring to find out how we should repent is, prophetically speaking, depending on horses (military) rather than upon God’s guidance and protection. It was Israel’s failure in Isaiah’s day, and it is the same in America today.

So when the Twin Towers were demolished two months later, we know that this warning about returning to Egypt was a word to America. Of course, our oligarchs were able to stir up the people through patriotic rhetoric and launch a war against Afghanistan, as if Osama bin Laden were the culprit who demolished the Twin Towers. He, of course, had nothing to do with it, as he was in the long-time employment of the CIA under the code name, Tim Osman. Someone in our own government demolished the Twin Towers with the help of the Israeli security company that was in charge of Twin Towers security.

It was done specifically to bring us back to “Egypt.” The incident was used to demolish the Constitution through the so-called “Patriot Act,” which was passed in the heat of passion.

In light of these things, it is interesting to note that yesterday, October 27, 2014, was the end of the Afghan war. All British troops left Afghanistan, and all US troops left as well, except for 10,000 who remained behind in an advisory role.

We might look at this past thirteen-year period as having “book ends” in 2001 and 2014.

The Halloween Decree of 2001

Recall that on November 30, 2000, the overcomers received the full authority from the church under Pentecost. The first level of authority was given 7½ years earlier on May 30, 1993, allowing the overcomers to begin the Jubilee prayer campaign. When the overcomers received their full allotment of authority in late 2000, it allowed them to complete the work begun in 1993 and to do the spiritual warfare in 2001.

The transfer of authority from Pentecost to Tabernacles (i.e., from Saul to David) was not yet the full authority over the earth, but it was sufficient to do the earlier work. We are only now in 2014 seeing the transfer of authority from the beast systems to the overcomers—the saints of the Most High.

October 28, 2001 was a watch date thirteen years ago today. On that day in 2001 the Father revealed to us (a team of about 20 in all) that we would have to go to the Divine Court on November 1 and file a complaint against four specific spiritual enemies, using Deuteronomy 30:17, 18 as the basis of the complaint.

¹⁷ But if your heart turns away and you will not obey, but are drawn away and worship other gods and serve them, ¹⁸ I declare to you today that you shall surely perish…

The name of this court battle was to be: You Shall Surely Perish.

On October 30, 2001 I received a telephone call from some on our team who had received from the Lord a warning. It had to do with something that Satan was going to do the following night at Halloween. In praying about it further, we heard a decree from the divine court outlawing human sacrifice, and so we bore witness to this on earth. This decree was directed specifically at Satanists who intended to do such sacrifices at Halloween, as they do each year. We knew by revelation of a specific case in South Dakota, where a young woman was being prepared for sacrifice.

The Satanists, of course, ignored the divine decree, and so this gave us occasion against them—and Satan himself, who operated through them (his body). The next morning, November 1, 2001, we instructed the angels of God to enforce the divine decree against Satan and his three Archprinces. Since they were guilty of human sacrifice after the decree had forbidden it, they were to forfeit their lives as well according to divine law.

In my report at the time (not published online), I wrote, “We do not know when this will manifest in the world, but it is done.”

I don’t know how profitable it might be for some of you to read the details of this court case, but here is what I wrote in my report:

November 2, 2001. Satan answered our complaint in the Divine Court on the grounds that he is not under the authority of the Divine Court and thus did not sin in sacrificing a girl at Halloween. How to answer this ridiculous appeal? God gave us John 16:33, “I have overcome the world.” In other words, Jesus’ death on the cross and His life on earth effectively gave Him the authority over the whole world. This authority is all-inclusive, including Satan and his Archprinces. Hence, we won the case, as usual.

Satan immediately refused to comply with the Court’s ruling, and so we were immediately led to issue a judgment against him, based on Deut. 18:9-11. It is the death penalty. We dispatched the angels to enforce this judgment.

November 3, 2001. Oklahoma Bob called to tell me that Satan had appealed for grace and peace! I had to laugh at that one, especially because the Lord had just given me Rom. 5:1, 2 in my preparation for teaching on that chapter in the tape ministry series on the book of Romans.

¹ Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, ² through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand . . .

In other words, one must be justified to have PEACE. And we can only receive grace by faith. Satan is not justified, for he has no faith. Faith and obedience are the same word in both Hebrew and Greek. Satan remains in noncompliance and disobedience, and that is what dooms him. So it was a simple matter to go before the Divine Court and ask that Satan’s appeal be denied.

November 4, 2001. Oklahoma Bob again called with the word that Satan and his three Archprince representatives had attempted to use their powers to change their identities by “shape shifting” and thus avoid judgment on the grounds that they were different people. Again, it was almost laughable.

November 5, 2001. Satan was finally bound for 1,000 years. Thus, we entered what Bob had been given: “The Campaign of Entering into the Millennium of Rest.” On this day the Aurora Borealis lit up the skies as far south as California and North Carolina in a wonderful display of red and green colors. I thought that was a nice touch to end this episode. Take note, though, that although Satan was bound, the Lord specifically instructed us not to request his absorption back into the Father. He yet has a final role to play in the future for a short time.

This date, then, began the first 76-day period of cleansing in the coming prophetic year. It ended Jan. 20, 2002. The second 76-day period of cleansing ends April 6, 2002. (Report dated February 8, 2002, "Satan Bound")

No doubt this court case will seem strange to some of you, especially because most believers are unaware that spiritual warfare (one this level) is most accurately pictured as a court case, rather than as hand-to-hand combat in a field of battle. Likewise, few understand that Satan has rights in the divine court, even the right to appeal cases filed against him. If we do not answer his appeals, the victories we win may be tied up indefinitely, and our victory is then neutralized.

Another matter is what we ought to do when we defeat or cast out some evil spirit. Most people in deliverance ministry have been content to deliver the individual in question from demonic possession, casting out that spirit in the name of Jesus. However, they tend to send these spirits to the Sahara or to the Bermuda Triangle or some other place on earth, where they may continue to do harm. We learned to send them to the feet of Jesus Christ for judgment, where they may either be bound or eliminated by “absorption.” I do not pretend to know what “absorption” means, but this is how we were instructed.

Entering the Millennium of Rest

On November 1, 2001, we learned that the court case would be just the first phase of this work. The overall work, extending from November 5-14 would be known as, “The Campaign of Entering into the Millennium of Rest.”

This was obviously a reference to Revelation 20:1-7.

On November 8 we were led to pray for the sons of God to be obedient and to learn how to judge righteously and not be afraid to judge. We also prayed for a new anointing.

On November 9 we did three things: (1) We made a Declaration before the court that the ministry of miracles will be done in the earth. (2) We decreed the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, so that people will understand the Truth that will be preached and taught. (3) We began prayer for believers to be set free.

On November 11 it was revealed that a new era was beginning in which the overcomers were being equipped to do the ministry work ahead.

On November 13 we prayed and issued a Solemn Charge for the overcomers to fulfill their calling.

On November 14 we saw the coronation of the overcomers, and the release of the Angel of Working Miracles. This angel was subsequently “activated” on December 3, 2001.

Even today it is not clear how or when this will be fulfilled. While we know that it has been done in the heavens, heavenly time is not the same as earthly time. Time in heaven is not totally removed from earth time, but apart from revelation, it is usually not possible to know when it will manifest in the earth.

Because we are now in a thirteen-year parallel to 2001, we are hopeful that we will begin to see the results begin to emerge in 2014. Meanwhile, we continue to do as we are led. The current prayer campaign ends November 5, the same day that the You Shall Surely Perishcourt case ended in 2001. Even the scripture (Psalm 143:12) from which the current prayer campaign was to be named, fits well with “You Shall Surely Perish.” The NASB renders it “destroy all those who afflict.”

Will we see another phase extending this to November 14 this year? These are things not yet revealed, but I will keep you informed on all developments as we are led by the Spirit.
