Decree against the temples of Baal

There are two main time cycles that we watch regularly as a matter of course. First is the ten-year cycle, which we call the Hezekiah Factor. Second is the fifteen-year cycle, which is either a half-hour or a full hour in prophecy, depending on whether we consider a “day” as 12 hours or as 24 hours. (A “day” in long term prophecy is 360 years, the same as a “time.”)
In the year 2016, then, we are to watch both 2006 and 2001, and we are seeing that particular blend of prophetic echoes from the past. In February and March of 2001 we overthrew the golden calves over America, and in April of 2001 we disinherited the “children” of that idolatrous “marriage” relationship.
March 15, 2006 was the 2,520th anniversary of the completion of the Second Temple in Jerusalem in the days of Haggai. His prophecies were not fulfilled in that temple, but rather in a greater temple (Haggai 2:9) yet to come, which is interpreted in Ephesians 2:20-22. In fact, the glory could not descend upon that Second Temple, because the glory had already departed (Ezekiel 11:23), and it left in the same manner as when the glory left Shiloh (Jeremiah 7:12, 13,14). When the glory left Shiloh, “Ichabod” was pronounced over that place (1 Samuel 4:21).
When the glory departed Shiloh, the Ark of God was taken into the temple of Dagon (1 Samuel 5:1, 2). God judged that pagan temple until the Ark was returned to Israel (but not to Shiloh).
When the glory left Jerusalem, the Ark was taken and hidden by Jeremiah, first at Mount Nebo and later to wherever he went. But we see in this story an emerging pattern of events that affect us even to this day. We are looking for the glory of God to return in the greatest outpouring of the Spirit the world has ever seen. Unfortunately, that glory is hindered (by divine design) by those who worship in the temple of Dagon—at least, until such time that they get tired of divine judgment.
Our revelation in January of 2001 was to hold a series of three prayer campaigns in 2001 to overthrow the golden calves, first built by Jeroboam (1 Kings 12:28, 29, 30). These were the root cause of divine judgment upon Israel, but when Israel was destroyed and the people deported to Assyria, they failed to go to the divine court and de-legitimize the golden calves. However, God revealed the problem to me in January of 2001, and so we were led to do this on behalf of America in particular.
Fifteen years later, in 2016, these golden calves are attempting to reassert themselves and gain a legal foothold in America—and around the world. Hence, the Republican National Convention is being held in Cleveland, Ohio this year, which is the home of the basketball team known as the Cavaliers. Their color is gold, and they are called the “Cavs.” By such symbolism, the golden calf worshippers are attempting to reestablish their false worship, claiming that they hold the Ark and therefore have the “true religion.”
For this same reason also, they are planning to set up a temple of Baal (also known as Apollo) in New York City on April 19, 2016, with another to follow in London, and ultimately to set up 1000 (“glory”) around the world. This is their version of the outpouring of the Spirit, which they hope to control for their own purposes and to turn it into a glory-manifestation of Apollo as their counterfeit Christ.
It is now clear why our Babylonian rulers told their ISIS mercenaries to destroy the Baal temple in Palmyra, Syria. It was to create sympathy and outrage in order to set the stage for duplicating that temple in a thousand locations world-wide, thereby spreading the worship of Baal. The forces of darkness also are trying to exploit a loophole, or weakness, in the Church, for it was on April 9, 1985 that the Church aborted the Manchild in the 70th manchild generation of the church era. A manchild generation is 28 days (years), the natural season or pregnancy cycle. The 70th manchild generation was the 28-year cycle from 1965-1993, ending in the same year as the 40 Jubilee cycles of Saul’s reign in the Church.
On April 9, 1985 two signs took place, each conveying its own revelation of what was happening spiritually in the Church. A woman (last name: Christian) miscarried, and another had an abortion. These events signified that some Christians miscarry the manchild (“Christ in you”), while others deliberately abort the manchild.

In the past 31 years we have worked to strengthen believers so that they will NOT be as Hezekiah prophesied in 2 Kings 19:3, “This is a day of distress, rebuke, and rejection; for children have come to birth, and there is no strength to deliver.” This was a play on words regarding Hezekiah’s name. Hezekiah means “Strength of Yah.”
Secondly, in April of 1989 I learned of the abortion that had taken place four years earlier and led the young woman in question in a prayer of repentance. Again, that story is in the book, but the point is that we dealt with this problem many years ago and have worked since that time to give people an understanding of our new identity, “Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
Once we reached the end of Saul’s reign (the age of Pentecost) in 1993, we started a new manchild generation from 1993-2021. This came with a shift and a transfer of authority to the overcomers (Tabernacles people), which was finally completed by the end of 2014 and implemented fully by the end of 2015. This transfer of authority has come just in time for the pivotal year 2016, wherein we are seeing the final Elijah showdown with the prophets of Baal to see whose Christ is more powerful. When Jesus wins, we will see a massive conversion of the hearts of the children to the fathers.
Last night as Darla and I prayed, the Lord instructed us to “just say no” to the prophets of Baal. We are to go to the divine court today to bear witness to His decree and to speak it into the earth:
We stand at the gate between heaven and earth and decree that the golden calves no longer have power in America [substitute the name of your country]. It is not permitted to build temples to Baal or Apollo or any other false god. The glory of God will be poured out into the earth through Jesus Christ, who alone is worthy to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing [Revelation 5:12], for He alone was slain and has purchased with His blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation [Revelation 5:9].
As representatives of those called to be priests of God to reign on the earth, we declare that the earth bears witness to this heavenly decree. The earth says Amen to the heavenly decree.
I do not suspect that the Baal prophets will cease and desist in their plan to build temples around the world. However, it is now illegal for them to carry on their work, and this will give us the authority to bring judgment upon them.
April 19, 2016
April 19 is the old Roman feast of Cerealia, a festival to Ceres, wherein the pagan temples offered a blood sacrifice to the beast. It began a 13-day celebration, culminating on Beltaine (May 1), the feast of Baal.
This is why we so often see bloodbaths occur on April 19. In 1993 the sacrifice of children occurred at Waco, Texas. In 1995 it was the Murrah building, a so-called “terrorist” attack. On April 20, 1999 the Columbine massacre occurred. The modern prophets of Baal and Molech schedule these things as part of their occult celebrations in honor of the children sacrificed to their pagan gods.
The year 2016 is of particular importance, so April 19, 2016 is extremely important. As we have shown earlier, 2016 is the Jewish year 5776. If you square the numbers in the date 4-19, and multiply them together.…

Azusa Street’s 110th Anniversary Today
April 9, 2016 is the 110th anniversary of the start of Azusa Street revival. In 2006 (the 2,520th anniversary of the completed Second Temple), we took note of the hundredth anniversary of the Azusa Street revival. We are now ten years later, the Hezekiah Factor, and Lou Engle has organized prayer gatherings in Los Angeles and in Washington D.C. to pray for another outpouring of the Holy Spirit. They are meeting as I write this.
Our decree in the divine court should be seen as supportive of what Lou Engle is doing, and what he is doing supports our decree as well. I believe that this is part of the Elijah showdown with the prophets of Baal.
The history of the name Azusa is also significant. Rick Joyner wrote about this.
It is interesting to note that the very name Azusa was derived from an Indian word that means "blessed miracle." This was first noted by Father Juan Crespi in 1769, while on the Portola expedition to explore California. At that time Azusa referred to the site of an old Indian village south of present day Los Angeles in the San Gabriel canyon. There a young Indian girl named Coma Lee used to pray and fast for the healing of her people. She was gifted with healing power as she laid hands on the sick. After she prayed for a chief who was wonderfully healed, he gave her the name Azusa to commemorate his miracle of healing. For many years., Azusa continue her healing ministry while her fame spread all over southern California. During that time whenever there was suffering, people said, "Go to Azusa and be healed...go to Azusa." Maybe it is time for us to again go to Azusa and be healed of the many wounds that we have inflicted upon one another.

The ten-day cycle from April 9-19 was established as early as 1985, so no doubt there is a strong connection between these dates this year as well. In The Wars of the Lord, chapter 2, I mentioned April 19 on page 13 of the book. These were all early developments of the revelation that we now understand much more clearly.
The essence of the revelation in 1985 is that God separated the overcomers from the church on the night of April 8, 1985 so that they would not be implicated in the collective guilt upon the church for aborting the manchild. What I did not record in the book was that on April 19, 1985 the feds raided the property of a group in southern Missouri, not far from Branson, called The Covenant, the Sword, and the Arm of the Lord. It was another celebration of Cerealis in anticipation of Beltaine (Mayday).
Now in 2016, not only have the overcomers been separated from the church as a whole, but the overcomers have been given full authority to rule in the age to come. This has been a long process, but it is now coming to a great climax.
