Not long ago, Brennan and Clapper were denying the program altogether to spy on Trump. Then they claimed it was all good and necessary. Now that the Comey report is ready to come out, they have decided to implicate Obama, claiming that they advised him against the whole thing!

I wonder if Obama will use President Truman's saying: "The Buck Stops Here."
