What would've taken months to secure warrants to inspect or investigate is now property of the US because of the human trafficking charges against Epstein. While alive, he could petition the courts to resist searches, seizures and collections. Now that he's dead, he cannot.
That is why the FBI was finally able to raid Epstein’s “Pedo Island.” His death, whether real or not, has been legally established, so the law now allows the Feds more latitude.
FBI agents were seen raiding Jeffrey Epstein's private US Virgin Island, which has been dubbed 'Pedophile Island', as the sex trafficking probe around the now deceased billionaire intensifies, as exclusive DailyMailTV footage shows the search being carried out.
A large group of FBI officers were seen disembarking speedboats at the pier of Little St James on Monday morning and driving around on golf carts after the 66-year-old was found dead by suicide in his New York jail cell early on Saturday morning.
Other officials with 'FBI' lettering on clear display were later seen overlooking the crystal blue sea from the top of Epstein's remote luxury home off the coast of St Thomas.
The search comes after 2,000 pages of documents detailing the lurid allegations of his sexual abuse of underage girls were unsealed to the public on Friday, adding more fuel to the fire of the government's case of sex trafficking against Epstein.
Investigators of unsolved crimes go by the principle: Follow the money. Another thing they ask themselves when searching for a motive is Cui bono? Who benefits?
In this case, one might think that the Deep State would benefit from Epstein’s death. However, he had already given testimony, and the Feds already have his detailed diary that he used as his “insurance” policy. They have also gotten testimony from Rachel Chandler, one of his pimps, as well as from Allison Mack and others in the NXIVM case. Ghislaine Maxwell is now in a state of panic and is thinking about testifying as well.

The fact that the Feds had not yet raided Epstein’s island until now shows that their investigation was being hindered by lawyers as long as Epstein was alive. Hence, the Feds benefited whether he actually died or was just legally dead. That suggests that Epstein did not escape from prison, nor was he flown to Israel to continue his career as a pedophile. It suggests that his “death” was a White Hat plan.
Trump’s Executive Order on December 21, 2017 declared a national emergency, which gave the military the right to try those involved in human trafficking and corruption.
My theory is that Epstein was flown to a more secure prison at Guantanamo, where he is safe from those who would want to kill him. I think he will be tried by a military tribunal, along with other government officials, CEO’s, bankers, and Hollywood actors/actresses who will soon be joining him there.
