Changes to global footer and blog post header

We have removed the old email button in the footer, and replaced it with another one, which is located on the far right column in the footer, underneath the Facebook icon (the blue button with an "f" on it). The old email service was giving issues to many people, so it has now been replaced with a much simpler one that won't ask you to solve a captcha.

We have also reduced the size of the box at the top of each blog post that has a link to Email, Print, and Share options.
