You are going to notice changes from time to time in the site design and layout as we continue to try to make available the content, in as much of a user-friendly format as possible. You will also be noticing graphical changes as we continue with those things that we feel will help make the site more inviting and comfortable to you. As you see these changes, just realize that things are progressing, everything is OK.
